Winter

In winter, most people wear often hermetically sealed and waterproof footwear, which, combined with socks made of cotton or low-grade synthetic tissue easily absorb moisture, cause the danger of constant wetness of the feet. Excessive humidity causes some people to get hypothermia of feet and frostbite. At the same time, the moisture of feet is limited by shoe throughout the day, creating excellent conditions for fungal infections. During winter, especially in the elderly, the symptoms of rheumatic diseases often reappear. For this reason, in winter cream we used active essential oils of ginger, pine and lavender. The use of ginger oil has a positive effect on alleviation of inflammatory symptoms of bones and joints in chronic rheumatic diseases. The use of essential oil from pine is indicated for the purpose of activating and deepening the lymphatic drainage massage.
